Who we are

This website is run by JJ Prime Clean Solutions ("we", "us"), a commercial cleaning contractor based in London. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at info@jjprimecleansolutions.co.uk or on +44 7301 802705.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service and premises type you choose, how often you need cleaning, your message and any photos you attach.

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp we keep a record of the conversation so we can respond and provide a quote.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote.
  • To provide and manage cleaning services if you become a client.
  • To keep records required for tax and accounting.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we rely on consent, such as analytics cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Quote requests are delivered by email through Resend, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as data processors under contract with us and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We share data with other parties only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as we provide services and for six years afterwards for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@jjprimecleansolutions.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).

Cookies

We use essential storage to remember your cookie choice. With your permission we would also use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
